I have a 1999 buick regal 3.8 not supercharged. When turning either direction it makes a noise like the powersteering fluid is low however I can not find where to add powersteering fluid I was starting to wonder if the unit was sealed?

Hey M,
Nope, not a sealed unit. P/s pump fill should be on the pass side of the engine OR under the plastic engine cover (remove oil fill cap and neck to remove the cover) let us know!

The reservoir cap is almost impossible to see or feel. It is behind the engine on passenger's side up against the firewall (almost).

I hope you have small hands to get down in there! Use a mirror to locate it, then reach in by feel. Cap is about 1.5" in diameter and requites 1/2 counter clockwise turn to remove.
