I have a 2002 Buick Regal with 93000 miles. It has a V6 engine. The problem I am having is that when I turn the car off I cannot remove the key. I am unable to turn the ignition switch far enough to remove the key. This does not happen every time but frequently. If I start the engine then shut it off several times, I will be able to remove the key. Sometime it will take up to 10 minutes before I am able to remove the key. Any ideas? :D

I would take a look at the solenoid on the side of the floor shifter. It gets stuff spilled on it and then starts sticking. It will look like a white plunger. If you move that the key will come out. The only way to repair it is to replace the shifter assemmbly.
