Ive got a 01 park ave ultra that every so often there is a burnt oil smell that comes in the cabin smells like a vacume pump oil smell if you have ever smelled a vacume pump running old dry burnt oil smell

Have you checked for valve cover leaks? Many times they leak onto the exhaust manifold and smell that way. And yes, the smell can get into the vehicle.
