I got the battery and starter replaced and now the car will not start, the security light and the lights keep blinking on and off what could be wrong now?

The secuity light keeps blinking even when I try to start the car, when I try to start it all the other lights blink also

What lights blink when? You need to be more specific. Is the starter cranking the engine over normally?

When u open the doors the security lights blinks and stays on even when I try to start the car that is when the sevice eng, seat belt, etc. Lights blink but the car will not start it doesnt make a sound when trying to start it. The security light normally goes off when I turn the key.

Does the car need to be reprogramed or something because the battery was replaced?

That's what I'm trying to determine here. If it was just the security light, then it would probably need a relearn procedure but since there are other issues coming from the dash cluster, I suspect you may have a bad cluster. You will need a professional scan tool to determine what the problem is.
