1994 Buick Park Avenue Buick Stalls sometime

I have a buick park avenue 1994 this happens maybe 3
times a week the check engine light turns on and the the rpm starts going up and down between the 1000 and the 2000
and sometimes it will die and then when when i start it again
it will run good for about 4 days and then it gives me the same
issue and maybe if im lucky i can turn it off again and turn it back on and it will go away i swap the cam shaft sensor twice because i
thought the first one was defected ...i also noticed that
the battery goes down and then it goes back up today i drove the car and it turned off and the light dim and then it turn back on and it drove fine but studdard on the way home i do have a video of it doing it the link is

Hi:
I watched the video. The battery is normal when the RPM's get that low. The alt isn't creating as much of a current. As far as the RPM's, it's acting like there is a problem with the Throttle position sensor (TPS), idles air control (IAC) or the mass air flow sensor (MAF). Has the check engine light come on?

Yes the check engine came on and it said p0341 I think but it was the cam shaft I changed it twice to make sure the first one wasn't defected and it still gave me problems. Tomorrow I will take it in to get it scanned again I will let you guys know what I get
