There is three lines hanging under my car and they were dragging and one started leaking gas and my car stop working

Are they steel? If so, they will need replaced from front to rear. Also, you are lucky it didn't catch fire it it was leaking and draging on the ground. I'm sure there were sparks from them rubbing.
