2010 Other Buick Models Front seats

Interior problem
2010 Other Buick Models 5000 miles

The front seat headrests in our Enclave are horribly designed. They force one's head down and forward. During long trips, passengers cannot nap because of the headrests. After adjusting the driver's seat to a comfortable position, my head is forced forward and down so that my chin is two inches from my chest and I get a crick in my neck on trips. My wife is in physical therapy directly attributed to the "un-ergonomics" of car seats. Our previous Buicks(4)have always been very comfortable and my 2003 GMC pickup is a dream to ride in compared to Enclave's torture chairs. I am considering getting the headrests removed or bent backward. What do you recommend? Otherwise, we are going to have to get rid of the car. I am 5'7" and my wife is 5'4" tall. Maybe these seats were designed for people of taller statue.
