Buick Limited Gas Problem

2000 Buick Limited 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 190000 miles
My check engine light came on and the comp.relayed that the gas tank was loos when I went to put gas in the car .the car would not take it ,it spit the gas back out. Also when my car gose into gear it knocks is that a shiftcylinoid
