When the air is blowing, it doesn't get cold on the driver's side vents. It is very cold on the passenger side. Also I sometimes hear a clicking noise in the dash when the vehicle is started. This clicking sounds almost like a stuck motor. It only lasts for a short time. Could this be related and if so what should I look for to repair?

Could be an air mix/blend/mode door problem, vacuum and actuator or the HVAC control module. You need to open it up and investigate

Is that accessible from under the hood or does one have to dig into the dash?
