1998 Buick Lesabre Replace water hose (pipe) elbow

The water hose ( plastic elbow) that connects the intake manifold to the idler tension arm assembly ( water pump housing ?) has a leak in the O ring. What is the easiest way to remove and replace this? Does the manifold need to come off ? Easiest way ?
