1992 Buick Lesabre Turn Signal Flasher Location

How do I replace it. I can hear it in the upper left dash but cannot locate it. I found the one for the hazard lights but not this one.

The turn signal flasher is under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column brace. The turn signal flasher is installed in a clamp attached to the base of the steering column support inside the car. Replacement is made by unplugging the old unit and plugging in a new one.
