1989 Buick Lesabre disconnecting horn
1989 Buick Lesabre Front Wheel Drive Automatic 156000 miles
my steering started clicking,then started trying to lock up when turn signals were on,then the horn started coming on and staying on.if i take the fuse out for the horn it wont start,how do i disconnect the horn?

Number 2 should be the horn relay.
