I purchased a 2004 ford f150 FXR and while going up small grades or hills going anywhere from 70-100 klms it starts to buck or jerk like it doesn't know what gear to go in ! Do you know what could cause this?

I would start with basics like pulgs, coils fuel and air filter.

No engine size here so we have to generalize
