2003 BMW Z4 Repair Question

2003 BMW Z4 LEFT WINDOW REGULATOR
My electric windows make a terrible noise when they open and shut. The left window is now stopped 25mm from fully closed. The dealer says it needs a new regulator but wants £300 to do it.
How easy is it to fit myself?

It is fairly straight forward. Do you have a set of tools? Do you have a repair manual?
