BMW X3 Clutch Problem

Good Day Sirs,
I have the X3 2.0d 150Hp. manual gear.
can you tell me what can be the follow problem:
When i press the accelerating pedal rabidly the engine Rpm accelerate quite good but vehicle acceleration is poor and lazy.According the technical specification the acceleration have to be 10.5 sek. Can be it a problem with clutch or with X- Drive system.
Please not that Diagnostic do not shows any problem or error with the car systems.

you are describing normal operation, that model takes off in 2nd gear normally.
