hi thanks for the abswer to the last question as the answer was correct......ok now the car is playing up when it starts, one day it will start and then an hour later its won't then an hour later it starts then an hour later it wont, now the car has not had much use for 2 yrs it has stood still really the battery was dead so i had it on charge over night it has been fine for 2 weeks then this has happened its as if there is a loose connection but there isnt as i have checked every where on car electrics the only thing is the orange engine light is on permanantly, now would that be the alternator or not as the car is virtualy brand new it has done no milage bit stuck can you help.........

Better late than never. If this problem is persistent, replace the electrical portion of the ignition switch.
