Engine Mechanical problem
1995 BMW 840 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 59000 miles

Hello I have a recently purchased 1995 (production date 6-94) BMW 840 ci with automatic transmission.

-The car engines vibrates and cuts at above 3000 rpm engine light comes on, if you let off on the gas pedal engine runs normally below 3 k rpm. no other probs with car, car idles ok no overheat

-BMW mechani report says p/up on vibration dampener good, crank sensor and wiring good,
-Was told neede new DME (Fuel injection Computer/brain)
-I replaced (used)DME (with identical model number)with one one from BAVIAN auto recycling in CA, And I still have problem Please Help Thanks
