1995 BMW 740 emissions
Engine Mechanical problem
1995 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 151000 miles
won't pass emissions changed plugs and still miss hydrocarbons by .01. standard for az is .80 and i get .81.
please help me fix the problem.

Replace the pre-cat oxygen sensors and drive the car for several miles to adapt, then it should smog.
