1995 BMW 540 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 228000 miles
Where is the Transmission Control Module and can I change that myself? I am fairly handy with repairs and have all the basic tools.

The transmission control module is located under the hood in a black E-box next to the right shock tower.
