1986 BMW 528 No spark

This 528e does not have any spark coming out of coil. I replaced with new one and still have same problem.

Check for battery voltage at the coil first, also the flywheel sensors can be the cause of your issues to this problem, look to see if the ring gear has the cylinder identification tab still welded to the ring gear. If it breaks off, there wont be any cylinder recognition and thus no spark. You can see it from under the car through the plastic screen, turn the crankshaft with a 22mm wrench on the front of the motor. If that is not it, try swapping the two sensors. If that does not get it, try checking for voltage at the crankshaft sensor connectors, they should make at least a few volts during cranking. If no voltage at the coil, check/replace the main relay on the side of the fuse box
