2001 BMW 330 Starting problems

The car starts for a second then it is like if the gas pedal doesn't put gas so the engine goes off in 1-2 seconds after it started(gas tank is full). After several tries the engine doesnt even start, just the ignition keeps trying to start it (battery is fine).
Could this be the gasoline pump or some electrical issue or something else? Please help!

The car will need to be scanned for faults with the proprietary BMW software. This might be an ignition coil issue. It is difficult to say with the information provided.

DO you guys think that Actron 9175 code reader would be able to locate the exact problem?

Possibly, however I do not have experience with the scanning device you mentioned, it's worth a try.
