What is the procedure when replacing a rear wheel bearing, do I have to pull apart the whole suspension system?

No. It does however require some special tools and procedures. Depending on which side too as the exhaust is in the way on the left side and I usually just loosen the mounts and let the exhaust hang down. Remove the axle nut (36mm 12 point) and the Torx bolts at the differential and take the axle out. Remove the brake caliper and the rotor. Then you will need to slide hammer the axle flange out, then remove the snap ring holding the bearing in and press out the bearing with the correct special tools. If the flange retained part of the bearing race(they almost always do) then it will need to be extracted with a clam shell tool and a press. I usually chill the bearing and warm the trailing arm to receive the bearing. Press in the bearing and install the circlip the with the correct tool pull the flange into the bearing and then pull the axle into the flange and reconnect it all. Be sure to replace the big nut and torque it to 300 newton-meters
