1990 BMW 325 Loud whine in rear end when deaccelerating
When going at hwy speeds and letting off the accelerator, loud whine from from the rear of the car. it just started yesterday. There is also at slow speeds a scraping type noise which would sound like a bad bearing in the rear. The rear end housing is leaking. Does it need to be serviced ?
Thanks,
JB

Get it checked ASAP its probably empty with gear oil and the gears are just whinning no lubrication or a problem with the spider gear in the pumpkin/carrier
