Hi there,

In hot weathers, the engine makes a lound blowing noise continuously. The car does not over heat and there is no coolant leakage. In cold weather, I can hear the wind blowing noise a start up of the car and at take off and then gradually the sound goes away and does not come back. I've been told by a mechanic that the fan clutch is gone bad and needs to be replaced. I've got a new aftermarket one installed and I'm still having the same problem.

Any opinions on what the problem could be? Please get back to me with an answer.

Thanks,
Alex

This certainly could be the fan clutch. It is supposed to make some noise if it is hot enough to engage. From cold, it should be able to stop the fan blade while the engine is in operation.
