Electrical problem
2000 BMW 323 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 63500 miles

Hello,
I have a 2000 323ci BMW and occasionaly when I start the car all the lights on the dashboard light up (the brakelight, ABS, etc). After a few minutes, they shut off. Similarly, a few times when I start the car all the windows automatically open. In order for me to shut them i have to restart the car. Is this just a electrical glitch? What would a rough estimate be to fix the problem?
