2000 BMW 318 Problem with ....?

2000 BMW 318 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
i start the engine when i change from R to D and D to R the car jump's and when i am driving olso apering this problem i think when is changing the gear's. The computer is sohw that sing like a round with tooths and in the midle (!) this So what is the problem and what i hawe to do ?
