when i unlock the drivers door (manually) all other doors unlock as usual with central locking except for the passenger door. However when i unlock the passenger door the centra locking will work on all the doors! also from the inside i can't life the knob to unlock the passenge door

Replace the passenger door lock actuator. Here is a link to the part number and an exploded view.
