bmw recomended o ring leaks they gave me two o rings but only one fits and it leaks

It fits the section that fits into the block, im sorry I dont know what its called. Bmw recond its o ring 24x3mm part no 11421709513 to fit oil filter housing unit ac63260 (correct part no) but its the wrong size, I was given two o rings but I can not see where the other one fits it only shows one o ring on bmw diagrams, even bmw parts department are stumped. When I can I will send a photo. Thanks dr.

Thanks for your help. Still have the same massive oil leak pouring out from the 24x3mm o ring. Im starting to thing the diagram might be wrong. That size o ring dosn't even come close.
