1992 BMW 316 Repair Question

Ac piping vibrate
Air Conditioning problem
1992 BMW 316 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 248000 miles
i just changed my ac compressor and the dryer, but the problem now is when i turn on my ac the pipe to the condersor vibrate so loud, i have check it with my ac technician and he suspect my condensor need to change. I dont know why it should i change my condensor because it's works fine before i change the compressor, what should it do the settle this problem? Is it i need to clean up all the system by perging or i need to vacuum up much longer before filling the gas, by the way i using r12 gas for my ac.
