BLUE SMOKE FROM EXHAUST BUT ONLY UNDER HEAVY ACCELERATION

1999 Toyota Corolla • 259,000 miles

So the other day I traded my car for this corolla and I wanna put money into this car cause I love so I put a cold air intake on it changed the PCV valve and ran some seafoam intake cleaner in it cleaned the throttle body (which smoked a lot once I ran it after the treatment but that's normal usually) but it uses oil quite a bit like I drove three hundred miles and already had to put a quart in(maxlife full syn). I checked for leaks underneath and its super clean so its gotta be burning it but the other day one of my friends noticed when I rev it up it pushes blue smoke out. It does have the error code p0420 which is cataliyst below threshold and I'm just clueless to what it could be beside piston rings please help?

It will be rings, do a leak down test and see how bad it is.
