Blower Motor Switch

The blower motor switch has 5 on positions and it only work in it's highest position. Positions 1, 2, 3 and 4 don't work at all; only position 5 works. All fuses and relays have been checked and no problems was found. The problem started after the engine compartment was pressure washed. Immediately after washing the horn started blowing and wouldn't stop. The relay was replaced and the horn stopped blowing. Thank you for your time and help.

If I remember correctly the system still used a blower resistor inline to drop the voltage to the blower motor, high is on a seperate relay. The blower resistors usually have a thermal cut out fuse on them or it could have melted one of the resistors, either way it would become nessessary to replace the resistor block, usually mounted in the air duct behind the glove box.
