MY husband tried to change a fuse and now it wont start and wont jump start either

Why was fuse being replaced? What fuse location, ID, number

Hi there
the head light wasnt working so we removed the bulb to find that after checking the bulb it worked so halfords said it was the fuse which was fuse 15 they was several fuses 15 and the log book was for a left and drive my husband feels hes unsure which one he removed and may have put one back wrong
when you try to start the car there is a little alarm that goes off and the esp light is on

Forgot to add that the dash board warning says fuse above the milage also the book doesnt match the car has the manual is for a left hand drive
please help im missing driving my beautiful car

Is fuse box in passenger compartment? look at diagram

No fuses in 30-35 can you tell which ones where removed?
