Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Audi Quattro 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 135000 miles

I just changed the turbo and Oil Pump, the car idles rough when cold, and when you start from the stop position, the engine stutters. Also there seems to be a timing issue with the transmission, does it need a new fuel pump, O2 sensor por computer reprogramming
