my car is makeing a squeely/grinding noise, and there is a burning smell and some smoke under the hood. it still drives great,but the smell worries me, just yesterday the check engine light came on. ive been told that the timeing belt was going out, also ive been told that its the power steering pump. fluids are fine, the power steering was a lil low, now its topped off. could the smoke be from a leak somewhere thats just burning off? not really sure what all this is. thanks for your help
