1998 Audi Quattro Confused

Engine Performance problem
1998 Audi Quattro V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 87,000 miles

as per my earlier questions. I changed the fuel pump regulator, after getting the motor wet, car Starts up...Also , remember , I changed the Transmission..took down the street for a Test, bogging, no power, got down to the bottom of my street. (Hill)..Turned around to come home...full throtttle..would not climb the hill..backed up the hill, Car ran great..no sputtering...also not recognizing forward shifts .Park, Reverse and drive..all work fine..., i give up....Can you say delicate..Please help..Its got to be something Stupid

Thank you for the donation,

I did not see your first post, but what with you say here. i would be doing a diagnostic scan first, now you don't always get a fault light with all codes so start here and maybe we can either get lucky or eliminate some of the systems, start here.
