FUSE #7(license plate,glove box,air cond display,ashtray,instrument cluster) 5amp blows as soon as it is replaced. tried 15amp, 20amp & 30amp with spark/blowing of fuse. cannot see any black/charring on wires from fusebox. problem went from intermittent to constant in 3 months. pops/sparks when fuse blows. do I have a short i(wires touching)in dashboard? blown lightbulb also?
