1991 Audi Quattro V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 30,000 miles

I bought my car from a small used dealership about a mouth ago and I'm starting to have problems. It drives good but just presently it just stopped Driving but it will drive backwards just find. The MPH Gage stopped working and i had number of people say its not the transmission. I would like to get it back on the road again so i can do the work that needs to be done.

Thanks

Hi there,

With reverse dive and no forward gears, the torque converter and oil pump are working so i would be looking at an electrical problem or a valve bode problem, you will need to get a scan done to check foe any unresolved transmission fault codes, start here.
