2004 Audi Allroad Knocking sound when turning

2004 Audi Allroad 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles
Hi. I notice (and feel) a very audible knocking sound from the front of the car when turning either right or left at above 40mph. Audi checked the car and replaced a front wheel bearing, but the sound is still there. Could it be CV joint, suspension, bush?? SHould I still drive it? Thanks for your help.
