2005 Audi A8 Acoustic Parking Sensor

2005 Audi A8 V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 51000 miles
I accidently pushed in one of the parking sensors on my front bumper and it went inside the bumper leaving an open hole where it was. I was wondering how to get to it so I could put it back in its hole. I'm wondering if I can take off the grill so I can get inside and grab the sensor and put it back in the hole opening.
