2004 Audi A6 Flooded through fresh air intake vents

2004 Audi A6 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 45,000 miles
Hi, My Audi A6 was flooded due to leafs clogging the drain lines near the hood and windshield area. I filed a claim with my insurance and was approved. The problem is, my Audi dealer let my car sit untouched for nealy two weeks. The floor of the car was completely flooded with about a 1/2" of water standing over the entire floor. The dealer left the car in a wearhouse with out extracting any water at all, not even fans were placed in the car. I am now concerened with mold.
How qicklhy should water be removed from the car in this situation?
Could I have more damage?
Am I being overly concerned?
I am in the process of trying to find a local expert to inspect my car. to see that it was properly repaired.
My insurance is not much help.
