I am having a problem locating my fuel filter. I located the fuel regulator underneath on passenger side and I am wondering if they are both combined into one. Please help.

Remove 2 bolts (arrows) for fuel filler neck underneath rehousingg liner.

WARNING: Fire Hazard. Do not smoke, work near heaters or have anything in the area that could ignite the fuel or fumes. Fuel supply lines are under pressure! Before loosening any lines, cover the connection with a rag. Release the pressure by slowly separating the connection.

It is under the car near the tank. You will need a jack to get to it.

Here is a guide so you can do the job safely:

This guide will give you an idea of what you are in for.

Thank you Steve
So the car has to be on a lift and I guess the filter is easily accessible and can be changed using regular tools - meaning no specialized tools
Thanks again

It would be easier with a lift, but you should be able to do it one the ground. You might need a special torx to get the fuel filter clamp off, but regular hands tools should be ok.

Right next to the top of the air filter box, about the size of an oil filter. Real easy job, simply loosen 2 nuts, replace filter, tighten up nuts.
