2000 Audi A6 CLicking noise increases at higher RPM i.e >

2000 Audi A6 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 138k miles
Suddenly there is a random clicking noise coming from the front right hand side of my 2000 AUDI A6 and it always comes when I accelerate more and speed goes more than 45-50 MPH , the noise increases as the speed increases .
What can be the issue? rest everything runs fine, no engine light is on and there is no speed in local driving on roads at less speed.
