How do i locate a ground

1999 Audi A6 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
My audi has a mind of it's own. The problems I'm going to discribe seem to happen primaraly when it gets above 70 degrees outside. First thing to act up is the blinker, the flasher gets stuck and stops flashing. I can tap the dash and it will start working again. Also in the heat the drivers window will not roll up when I push the button for it to go up. It goes up half way then goes back down. I have to do that a few times before it desides to go all the way up and stay there. Thirdly, the sunroof will do the same, but not nearly as often. Lastly the alarm will go off for no reason, and this only happens when it's hot outside. I've been told to check all my grounds. So where do I find them? Are they all pretty much in a geberal area in these Audi's? If so do you know how the dash comes apart safely?
