Fuel filter is located in front right outside at fuel tank

So the car has to be on a lift and i guess the filter is easily accessible and can be changed using regular tools - meaning no specialized tools

it would be easier with a lift, but you should be able to do it one the ground. you might need a special torx to get the fuel filter clamp off, but regular hands tools should be ok.

Right next to the top of the air filter box, about the size of an oil filter. Real easy job, simply loosen 2 nuts, replace filter, tighten up nuts.
