2002 Audi A4 Quattro battery replacement

I recently took my A4 to Sears Automotive for battery replacement and they were unable to remove the old dead battery because they did not have the "Audi" part. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Has it ever idled normally since you installed it? I am wondering if the cable from the pedal is too tight with the possible slight difference in engines. When at idle it should be very slightly loose and not taut. Secondly if the cable is fine let the car warm and manual back the idle down with the idle screw.

Yeah I've heard it.
It's just a star driver. A pretty long one or u can use a ratchet. : )
