1998 Audi A4 windows,sun roof and tetronics stopped working

1998 Audi A4 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 126 miles
I have not driven my car for about two weeks, I find out that my power windows, sunroof,power locks, alarm and tetronics do not work, all fuses work except for no power to # 29, 30, and 35. a mechanic told me that there are no fuses that control these accessories and that there is a breaker and a relay that control them. Is this true and what could i do next, any ideas?
