1993 Audi 90 Repair Question

1993 Audi 90 Possible Fuel Pump??
Electrical problem
1993 Audi 90 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
1993 Audi 90cs not quattro
Engine will turn over. First thing I need is some kind of service manual. Any Ideas.?? The next thing is fuel pump is 2 months old. With test light I have fire at the fuel relay. I have no fire on the service ports of the fuse and I replaced fuse before testing. Where do I go from here.?? Any ideas?? All help is appreciated. Thanks

if you have power at the relay .. you must have power at the fuse ?
