1993 Audi 90 HELP...what could be the problem
Shakes or Wobbles problem
1993 Audi 90 6 cyl Automatic 200,00 miles
We just purchased a 1993 Audi 90S. We know its old and has lots of miles, but I just need it to run errands arround town. The engine shakes and hesitates when idol, and when reaching around 40mph it begins shaking a lot, and won't smooth out until reaching a higher speed on the interstate. What could be the problem. My husband removed the air filter and it was obviously in need of replacing. Just taking it out made the engine settle and not shake like before. Could this be the answer or are we looking at bigger problems?

Recommend tune up, cap, wires, plugs, fuel and air filters.
