1984 Audi 5000 Brakes locking up when engine is hot

1984 Audi 5000 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles
My brakes tends to lock up by itself even when I'm not stepping on the brake pedals. This only happens when the engine is on normal operating temperature of 180 or more. It feels like there's brake fuid pressure surge that is causing this problem but I'll leave it up to your diagnosis to tell me. Also is there a relationship between the brakes and the power steering entertwined by a common system?
