Hi I have a 92 Chevy fullsize truck 2 wheel drive with a 4.3 V6. I have a knocking sound around number 1 & 3 cylinder. I did a oil change and checked for metal in the oil found none. When at a idle it does not knock. When you accelerate the knock becomes louder.
